Bookings can be made directly on the site via conferences@d4business-village.ch or +41 41 455 2020.

No cancellation fees will be charged for room rental and catering up to 48 hours before the event. Excluded from this are costs arising from specially rented infrastructure. In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the event, 50% of the offered/confirmed costs will be charged. In the event of a “no show” or cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the event, the full quoted/confirmed costs will be charged. The booking can be cancelled by phone or e-mail.

Depending on requirements, event technology or in-house catering can be booked in addition. From beamer, side screen on rolls, ClickShare & hand microphone, moderation case up to interpreter’s booth, we have a comprehensive offer for your event. The catering offer ranges from a coffee trolley for meetings to an elegant business lunch, stand-up lunch or aperitif riche. The two public restaurants on the premises also offer a wide and balanced range of meals for everyone.

Visitor parking spaces are available for guests. The first half hour is free of charge and each additional hour costs CHF 1.00. Day-exit tickets at CHF 10.00 can be handed in so that customers/guests can park for free.
